Jasmine Leon is the Lead Match and Enrollment Specialist at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Rhode Island. Jasmine joined BBBSRI in January of 2018 as a Bilingual Match Support Specialist. After a year in that position, she moved over to the Enrollment Team as a Bilingual Enrollment Specialist, until she was promoted to Lead Match and Enrollment Specialist in 2021. Jasmine received her Bachelors of Science in Communicative Disorders from The University of Rhode Island in 2015.
Since joining BBBSRI, Jasmine has supported the growth between Matches and provided case management to families in the program. She has also enrolled mentors to become Bigs and children to become Littles. Alongside the Enrollment Team, she has been able to create successful Matches between Bigs and Littles. In her role as Lead Match and Enrollment Specialist, she is able to combine her knowledge of both Match Support and enrollment to support her team.
Jasmine has been in the social services field for 5 years. Prior to working with Big Brothers Big Sisters, Jasmine worked with the adult population serving as a case manager at The Providence Center.
Jasmine lives in Cumberland with her two young sons, Jacob and Julian, and her husband, Jeison.
